The ReveGrowth SALE Approach to Selecting Growth Talent

  • Select -- This step is crucial to your success. By understanding how to tap into your network, job boards, and key areas where salespeople are located, you will have the ability to select the best pool of individuals you need to assess. By matching the top-level hiring profile with our growth talent indicators, we can help you "fill the candidate funnel" with the best possible people.
  • Assess -- This step allows your firm to create a "Sales Fit Index" on each candidate/client growth profile. The SFI is unique questionnaire administered for each individual paring between position and candidate. As the second step in the process, ReveGrowth can teach you how to use this index as a measure and "first cut" of the candidate.
  • Link -- This step typically takes place in a face-to-face interview (if physical location allows) or two interviews by two different individuals in your firm. Using a structured interview based on an analysis we help you create, you will be able to further determine whether or not the candidate would be a good fit for your organization. The use of a structured interview process coupled with best practice personality tests, questionnaires and/or values inventory (that we can recommend for your use), this step helps you create an overall "Candidate Growth Profile" and a "possible hire" or "no hire" decision.
  • Evaluate -- The evaluate phase is focused on the candidate/client interview outcome. The evaluate phase provides you a framework for refining your profile and/or necessary adjustments to Sales Fit Index. As an example, if the candidate is rejected by the client we will adjust the Sales Fit Index and Growth Profile.
